Veronica first started real estate while in high school. She became an assistant in 1993 to a Top RE/MAX broker in Prescott, AZ. Then in 2000 moved to Scottsdale to assist with another RE/MAX broker. In 2002 she became licensed and received “Rookie of the Year” for Prudential Real Estate ( now Berkshire Hathaway). Joined The Peggy Rauch Group with Realty Executives from 2006-2009 . In 2009 The Peggy Rauch Group left Realty Executives to become their own brokerage. She is currently a Branch manager for WestUSA Realty.
An Arizona native, Veronica’s focus is on residential real estate although she has relocation and short sales experience.
Veronica is technologically adept she creates: Virtual Tours, Flyers, Postcards, Home Books, Power Point Presentations, and updates on social media including twitter, pinterest, instagram, facebook, and of course the standard sites of Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Homesandland.com, postlets.com, craigslist.org, Zillow.com, Listinghub.net, luxvt.com, oodle.com, realtywebtours.com, HomesandLand.com, Homefinder.com, and Dreamhomemagazine.com. Always researching and implementing any new marketing tools for maximum exposure.
Veronica works with both Buyers and Sellers and being from a large family and having two of her own children, Veronica is very family oriented and particularly effective when working with house-hunting families. When families are relocating from across country or across the city Veronica is sensitive to the kids and has an extra patience.

Residential Real Estate
One of Veronica’s old hobbies was running and participated in no less than two 10k events a year. She is proud to say she finished her first marathon in March 2003 and helped raised money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. A few past runs: P.F. Chang’s Rock N’ Roll 1/2 Marathon in January 2005, Prescott’s Whiskey Row 10K May 2009, Phoenix 10K November 2009, P.F. Chang’s Rock N’ Roll 1/2 Marathon January 2010, Phoenix 10K November 2010, and Prescott Whiskey Row 1/2 Marathon May 2011 raising funds for her sister’s dental surgeries, Prescott Whiskey Row 2012, and Prescott Whiskey Row 10K 2013. Joined Free Arts of Arizona as a volunteer 2016.

Born in Phoenix and raised in Prescott, Arizona. I attended a private Catholic School for 9 years. Graduated from Prescott High school. Then attended Yavapai Community College for a year and transferred to Scottsdale Community College for two years.
I am very family oriented being one of six children and having two daughters. Both are in the Paradise Valley School District.
